At Kaba Ltd., we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably. The details below outline how we process, ship, and handle all domestic and international orders.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Once processed, your order will be shipped from our fulfillment facility.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Note: During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states)
- Select international locations, including Japan, Canada, and the European Union
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact support@kaba.cat, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.
3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and total package weight.
- Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions or discounted rates — these will be clearly indicated during checkout.
- All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or your order confirmation link.
If your tracking status hasn’t updated after several business days, email support@kaba.cat, and we’ll assist with the investigation.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees as determined by the destination country.
- These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Kaba Ltd. does not collect or control these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- Refusal to pay customs fees may result in your order being returned or destroyed by customs authorities. In such cases, refunds will not be issued for shipping or product costs.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Kaba Ltd. is not liable for any loss or theft that occurs thereafter.
- If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, check with neighbors or your local post office first.
- If your order appears delayed or stuck in transit, contact us at support@kaba.cat — we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.
We strive to assist in resolving delivery issues but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered.
8. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Kaba Ltd. are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.
