Refund policy

At Kaba Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — fairly and transparently.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Please do not ship items back without first contacting our support team.
To start a return, email sales@kaba.cat with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply with detailed return or exchange instructions.
2. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled (for example, if you ordered a Small but received a Medium).
- In the event of an incorrect or defective order, Kaba Ltd. will cover return shipping or offer a full refund — this is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on your location.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Final sale or limited edition items
- Gift cards
- Used or worn clothing
- Used skateboard decks
All sale items are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check with your bank or credit card company.
- Contact us at support@kaba.cat for further assistance.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
7. Return Address
You will receive the correct return address during your return approval process.
Do not ship items to our fulfillment or manufacturing partners directly unless instructed.
Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
8. International Orders
For international returns, shipping costs may vary and will be communicated during the return process.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
