Jeff Buckley - Lover, You Should've Come Over

Thur, September 22nd.

It's currently 5:15 AM, baby. Woke up fifteen minutes ago to pee and decided to stay awake. I sat down in the studio, unsure what music to listen to, turned on Youtube Music's Supermix and bam, Jeff started playing. Never a bad song, just very hard to listen to at any moment, it's a very specific song to enjoy. I've already posted about it but there's something to this song that I really enjoy and I think it's the strong softness of Buckley's voice mixed with the intense swell of instruments. It's like a 90's version of Queen or something.

Before I get bored of writing this blog post, I just want to show off this... Hmm, there's nothing to show off. I thought if I wrote that, my brain would think of something to show off and no, I'm blank. I looked around my studio and there's nothing to see. I supose you could see you the studio if you want? Here, let me stand back and take a photo...

A Wide Photo showing off my art studio. Wood floor with three standing desks and one light tucked between them. Lots of art on the walls.

This is what you see if you walked in from my bedroom. I'm currently sitting in that chair in the middle, writing this lol.

Here is the area to the left and the only window in the studio. My plants have been thriving for 2+ years!

Closer look of my main desk and whiteboard area. This is where business gets done. Wow my TV looks so small from this angle.

Here's the desk to the right of my main boy. It's mostly used a drying rack but every once in a while I'll roll a joint on this desk. That large window opening you see was made by my brother. It peaks into my bedroom and allows guests to quickly see into the studio and say hey.

Closer look of my desk area. I'm not the cleanest so that's why I love these large desks, I can always get some room for work despite having a lot of shit on the desk.

And this is a closer look at the drying desk area. Notice all the stickers and cans. I meant to put those cans around Denver (They're filled with concrete) but I never did. They're probably considered a weapon so perhaps its best I never put them around the city.

I'll miss this studio. It's almost time to start clearing it out! Not sure when I should begin that job however... I don't even know when I'm moving.
