Thu, July 14th.
I drove home from Denver this morning, left at about 5:45. This album was playing the entire drive. Moving fast through thick fog and hazy morning sunlight had this simple album feeling like so much more.
I've said it a few times but I really need to get some more shirt designs made. I'll use today for that goal and hopefully by the end of it you'll see something on the site that you haven't seen before.
Feeling good about Kaba. Issei and I have been talking about this full length Lost in Translation video that he's put together and it should be released soon. Promoting it will be fun, I wonder how the Instagram crowd will take to it. I know they've already seen the shorter parts so I'm hesitating if they'll watch this longer one. I'm sure the dedicated few will check it out and I'll link it in the bio for a month or two to get new eyes.
Yesterday I just took the day off essentially. I was full the entire day. Chick-Fil-A for lunch, Korean pancakes as a snack, and sushi for dinner. I was stuffed. When I finally fell asleep it wasn't because I was tired but because I couldn't do anything else but lay on the bed and suffer.
I never bought that iPad Pro. 1 TB, 12.9" screen... That would've cost me $1900. I could build a really nice PC for that kind of money. Should I still get the iPad though? I'll need it in Tokyo I'm sure but is the cost worth it? I also need to buy a new iPhone. The priorities are skewed at this moment.
I'm re-listening to this Miyashita album with my new AirPods. It's perfect.
